A man was arrested in North Charleston after a road rage incident turned into a shooting on Thursday. Jeremy Langworthy, 22, was arrested after allegedly shooting at a woman in a car near Ingleside Boulevard. North Charleston Police Department responded to the scene after receiving multiple calls, including one from the suspect, about a shooting. When they arrived, Langworthy told officers he threw a Mt.
