Buddy, the cat who was mauled by two dogs in Frankford, was taken into foster care Friday morning by a veterinarian who tended to him at the BluePearl Pet Hospital in Philadelphia. The pet will be monitored at his foster home before the Pennsylvania SPCA possibly puts him up for adoption.
